REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Returns 
Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment?

Most pieces can be easily fixed.

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 3 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces.

Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged item. 

After the 3 day time period, no refunds will be given.

No exchanges are allowed.

 

Cancellations 
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order. You can reach us via 252bling@gmail.com or message us through our Facebook page www.facebook.com/252bling Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled.
