Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 calendar days after receiving your item (based on the USPS tracked delivery confirmation date) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 252bling@gmail.com or begin the return process using the app. If your return is accepted and you have paid the return shipping fee of $3,  we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us must first be requested and approved for a potential return to be accepted.  Final approval is based upon the receipt of the original items sent in original packaging and unused condition.  Items received tarnished, with signs of wear, damage from the customer, and not a defect in the product as we as not in original packing will not be accepted. 

A photo to show the condition of the item will be requested to determine return eligibility.


You can always contact us for any return questions at 252bling@gmail.com. Please do not use the Shopify email for communication.  The Shopify inbox is not monitored regularly.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Also, remember that shipping times may vary.  Please allow 5 business days from receipt of your returned items to process.
